Acura RDX

Performance:
The RDX artfully combines the low weight and economy of a four-cylinder with the power and authority of a high-performance V6, thanks to its turbocharged intercooled, 3.2-lister DOHC i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine. Featuring Acura's innovative variable flow turbocharger technology that is designed to drastically reduce turbo lag, the engine produces 240 horsepower @6000 rpm and 260 lbs-ft of torque @ 4500 rpm while delivering EPA city/highway mileage of 19/23. Its controlled by a racing-inspired Drive-by-Wire Throttle System, which links the gas pedal and engine throttle electronically, allowing the RDX to provide the ideal throttle sensitivity in varying driving conditions.

Features & Options:
The sophistication of the RDX interior begins with the plush feel of the seats, which are ergonomically designed to provide the support of a luxury sports sedan. It's designed to carry five people, including four adults in comfort. Leather trim and breathable perforated leather on both front and rear seating surfaces create an impressive aura of modern luxury.
Acura has long been known for its intuitively placed and elegantly precise controls, and the RDX once again raises the bar. Climate and audio controls are easy to distinguish on the center control panel through the use of contrasting materials and varying-sized buttons, and their status is easily seen on the high-mounted center display. The Technology Package adds the ability to control a wide variety of vehicle subsystems through its large, full-color screen.
A Multi-Information Display (MID) allows you to switch through various vehicle status displays, and steering wheel-mounted controls assist the driver with the audio and cruise control functions. The Technology Package adds more MID displays, plus additional steering wheel controls for the Voice Recognition and HandsFreeLink systems.
